Terry Milligan has 38 years of experience in the Art of Hair Dressing. During her career she worked in Germany for 3 years where sheI fell in love with coloring hair and the precision of cutting. After 18 years away, the mountains and desert called her back, and it is here that she feel truly inspired as a stylist. Today Terry is a Senior National Educator with Paul Mitchell.
